I want to become a pilot?

I don't have the money to pay for it, and I don't have the credit to get loans for the training. The military wont take me because I have had 2 knee surgeries. Does anyone know of any programs that can help or companies that will pay me to get my training if I sign a contract to work for them when I'm done?
