Is it worth becoming a flight attendant?

I have always wanted to work on an airplane, but I don't want to be a pilot, so I want to become a flight attendant. What I am wondering is, How much is the pay(for beginners and when you have experience)? How hard is the training? Is it stressful? Do you ever get sick of the job? also please include your personal opinion on becoming a flight attendant. Thank you! ...ps I love people and I love flying/travelling.
