If you have thirty dollars to spend at forever 21/any clothing store what would you buy?

$30 is basically being broke in that store. you're best off looking in the jewelery section of forever 21. there best clothes are usually around $21.50 or so. I went last saturday. so that means you wouldn't have much more money to spend. Save your money up sweetheart, or just get you some jewelery.
