What outfit would you suggest for me?

I am going to visit my sister and her family today. She is in town for two days and I have not seen her for a couple of years. The weather is very hot now where I am. I will go to the Salvation Army thrift store and pick some clothes (pants and shirt and maybe shoes). What type of outfit, including colors, would you suggest. I want to look nice within my budget.
