Is it weird for boys to play dress-up with girls' clothes in their rooms?

It's not "normal" but who cares? I will admit that I did once dress as a girl for Halloween just to see what it was like so i guess it's not that uncommon. and to answer your last question if I wear a parent and saw my kid wearing womens clothing I would say/do nothing until he wants to say something to me about it.
