Is being invited to call-backs for a play good?

IT IS A GREAT THING!! People who get call back are the people being considered for leading roles, people who don't get callbacks are often in ensemble, which is still good and important but if you want a leading/supporting role you want call backs so congratulations and break a leg! :)
