Im moving to Miami, what are nice quiet areas to live and go to school?

The Gables is very nice but very expensive -- think Beverly Hills -- and not very convenient to any Miami-Dade College campuses. Miami-Dade's largest campus is just south of Kendall Drive, between SW 107th & 112th Avenues, right in the middle of the sprawling southwestern suburb of Kendall. Kendall is safe, reasonably quiet & has loads of apartments & condos for rent. It also has good access to the more exciting areas of downtown & Miami Beach. But you really need a car.
